Shipping Info
Fans of B# live all around Australia & the globe, so we can ship to anywhere with a letterbox. The option of ‘PO Box’ delivery is only possible in Australia.

We usually dispatch orders within 3 working days. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination.

Delivery to Australian addresses ranges between 3 & 10 days.

Delivery to non-Australian locations ranges between 12 to 28 working days, depending on the shipping address.
Return Policy
Refunds:

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you change your mind (& it happens to the best of us), we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 10 days of delivery.

There are a few things to note:

1. The return shipping isn’t covered
2. Refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
3. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original B# packaging.


Exchanges:

We will happily help you process an exchange within 10 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition with packaging intact. Please reach out to B# for help via our email address.
